Mr. Elliott is an accomplished economic geologist with a BSc in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, an MSc in Mineral Economics, and an MBA in Finance from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia.
He currently serves as a director of Element 29 Resources (TSX-V: ECU), President and CEO of Lexore Capital Corp., and VP Corporate Development & Strategy at Globetrotters Resources Group, a private Peruvian copper exploration company.
Leadership in Exploration & Discovery
Mr. Elliott has over a decade of hands-on experience in mineral exploration across North and South America, as well as the Former Soviet Union.
He has contributed to major discoveries and development projects, including:
- Golden Meadows Deposit (Midas Gold) – Feasibility stage, Idaho, USA
- Zafranal Copper Deposit (AQM Copper / Teck Resources) – Pre-Feasibility, Peru
These projects highlight his ability to identify, advance, and unlock value in large-scale mineral systems.

Mr. Elliott specializes in:

Mrs. Lau is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.
She has an extensive background in the resource sector, with experience supporting public exploration companies operating in jurisdictions around the world.
Public Company Finance Experience
Ms. Lau has served as CFO and controller for several public exploration companies.
Her work includes financial reporting, public company accounting, audit coordination, and financial controls for junior resource issuers.
Resource Sector & Audit Background
Prior to her work with junior resource companies, Ms. Lau worked at Teck Resources Ltd. as a SOX Auditor.
She also worked with Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Vancouver Assurance & Advisory group, where she focused on audits of public mining and resource companies.
Education
Ms. Lau earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Manuel Montoya is General Manager Peru at Forte Minerals, bringing over 36 years of experience in mineral exploration, geology, and project development across South America.

Mr. Montoya has built a technical career across mineral exploration, geology, petroleum, and project development in South America.
He began his career as a Mining Exploration Geologist and Senior Geologist with the Peruvian Geological Survey before transitioning into the petroleum sector.
Extensive Experience in Exploration & Development
Mr. Montoya spent 14 years in the petroleum industry in Peru, working as a Senior Exploration and Production Geologist responsible for national oil operations, and later as a consultant.
Over the past 17 years, he has focused on the mining sector, holding senior roles including:
- Chief Geologist, Cominco Peru
- Chief Geologist, Andes Exploration Group (South America), Teck Cominco
- Principal Geologist, Andes Exploration Group, Teck
Regional Leadership & Project Generation
Mr. Montoya has extensive experience in project generation, strategic planning, and technical evaluation across multiple jurisdictions, including:
- Peru
- Chile
- Argentina
- Ecuador
- Colombia
His work has supported exploration strategy and project advancement across some of the most prospective mineral belts in South America.
Discovery & Technical Expertise
Mr. Montoya has worked across a wide range of deposit types, including:
- Porphyry systems
- Epithermal deposits
- CRD-Skarns
- VMS and Sedex systems
- Orogenic and IOCG deposits
He was responsible for the discovery of the Zafranal Cu-Au porphyry deposit in southern Peru while working with Teck.

Mr. Montoya currently serves as VP Exploration and General Manager South America at GlobeTrotters Resources Group.

At Forte Minerals, Ms. Dalaire serves as VP Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary, supporting corporate strategy, compliance coordination, investor-facing materials, and market positioning. She plays a key role in ensuring clear, consistent communication between the Board, management, and external stakeholders.
